We have been very fortunate to have these 3 medical students volunteering with our Association since a couple years ago, they worked very hard to develop and establish a Tuberous Sclerosis Complex patients database, in order to monitor the wellbeing and living quality of our patients in the Association.

On top of sharing with us their fruitful findings from their 2019 International Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Research Conference (hosted by Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance ), they introduced several medical students to join force on being medical interpreters for the caretaker-professor meeting session our Association hosted. Their humble and eager to learn attitude impressed the world-renowned Professor John Bissler very much that Professor John offered to lead a medical seminar over a video conference with them.

William, Dorothy and Lorraine demonstrated their professionalism through understanding the patients’ medical history as well as their wellbeing! They have so much to offer that our Association has a lot of trust in them in being great doctors giving back to the society!
